    We are all human beings and not perfect—not necessarily does this mean we have a “problem” or are “problematic.” Sometimes it may mean we want to be heard, are in need of redirection, or perhaps have the capability for greater.

  • No, as Licensed Clinical Social Workers and clinical therapists our trainings are focused on patient improvement through a variety of psychotherapeutic models, assessments, and interventions. Part of our duty is to help you acquire the resources you need - I am happy to discuss and help you find what you feel is best for you. Referrals to psychiatrists are available.

  • No, my concentrations and years of work have been in Individual and Group Psychotherapy for Adults 18+. It is vital that as practitioners we know our limits and are to work in the scope of our expertise. I am open to feedback and appreciate your suggestions to attend trainings, so that I may be better equipped to further assist.

  • Depending on your choice to use In Network or Out of Network Insurances, we may begin as early as 24 to 48 hours from time of submission of your intake paperwork. Reason being, it takes at least 1 business day for you to be granted access and approval by insurance payers to be seen. Private pay may begin as early as the day of, depending upon availability. Free 15 minute consultations may be conducted the day of as well.

  • Your choice. Since we are conducting Telehealth Virtual Visits, all you need is a working electronic device (phone, laptop, computer, etc.) and stable internet connection. There will be a link/URL sent to your email to ensure connection to each of the online sessions.

    As long as I can hear you clearly, and you can hear me clearly, I leave this up to you. The fewer distractions you have, the better. You will get most out of the process by actively participating with your undivided attention.

    • What does my insurance plan cover?

    • How many sessions am I allotted on a weekly basis for Telehealth therapy?

    • Do I have a deductible for Mental Health, and does it reset annually?

    • What is my copay and/or coinsurance per counseling appointment?

    • Do I have Out of Network Mental Health benefits? If so, what do they include?

  • First, we are needed to submit your paperwork and medical documentation to be reviewed and approved to be seen. For in In Network Insurance, you will receive invoices. For Out of Network Insurance and Private Pay, the credit card on file is part of the intake process and will be billed through autopay after each appointment.
